Carlos Galdeano
Carlos has spent most of his professional career in senior management roles at Educational and Cultural Exchange organizations.
Carlos speaks three languages fluently, has traveled extensively to over 50 countries, and is an expert in cross-cultural competence and J-1 visa sponsorship.
Carlos holds a degree in Business and Finance, with an emphasis in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism.

Galo Lopez
Galo brings a wealth of experience from his background in professional services, where he held senior management roles in recruiting, human resources, corporate training, and executive consulting. Leveraging his business expertise and passion for developing relationships, he excels in navigating the nuances of the global J1 marketplace. Galo holds degrees in Sociology and Marketing, and is driven by his vision to foster high-quality and mutually beneficial cultural exchange. In his spare time, he loves to add a new stamp in his passport and support his sports teams. He is an avid wine and dog lover.
Operations Manager
Karen Hilbes
Karen has 10 years of experience in operations and marketing for J-1 visa, global education, and exchange programs.
Originally from Germany, Karen has been living, traveling, and working out of worldwide locations for the past 10 years and had the pleasure of exploring 20 countries so far.
Karen joined the cultural exchange force, because she wants to share her excitement for discovering the world and enable other people to venture off too. Karen has a B.Sc. in International Management.
Program Manager
Franziska Foerster
Franziska has a background in digital marketing, recruiting, and cultural exchange, with a strong focus on the J-1 field. She has worked in both the U.S. and the DACH region, helping international organizations grow by connecting people and fostering collaboration across borders.
Originally from Germany and now based in the U.S. Midwest, Franziska has a personal passion for cultural exchange, having participated in a J-1 Program herself. Her travel experience provides her with a broad global perspective that she brings into her work.
